The Halieutis Plan, an integrated development strategy for the national fisheries sector, has identified institutional marketing and innovation among the axes necessary to initiate in order to promote and strengthen the notoriety and brand image of Moroccan fisheries at the national level and international.
As part of the implementation of institutional marketing, and in order to promote the new innovative products of the Moroccan seafood industry, the Department of Maritime Fisheries and the Autonomous Establishment of Export Control and Coordination ( EACCE), organizer, under the banner “Moroccan Seafood”, Morocco's participation in the seafood and associated processes fair; “Seafood Expo Global”, in Brussels - Belgium, from April 24 to 26, 2018.
Moroccan pavilions showcase a diverse and varied range of seafood (canned, semi-preserved, fresh and frozen products).
The Moroccan pavilion will bring here the "Moroccan Seafood" signage, including:
- An institutional reception area: Reception, information and orientation of visitors to the pavilion,
- Exhibition spaces: Stands of companies presenting and exhibiting their products and reflecting the quality and diversity of the Moroccan offer,
- A tasting area: Tasting of Moroccan seafood offered to visitors,
Moroccan participation in this fair will be supported by an important communication campaign, wich will include:
- Advertising insertions in the catalog offices and the Show website, display at show level, ... etc,
- The edition of an institutional brochure and a catalog of exhibitors including descriptive sheets of the participating Moroccan companies,
- The edition of communication media, in particular buyers' guides, consumer brochures and a directory of Moroccan seafood enhancement industries,
- National and European media coverage (Moroccan TV and written press journalists will travel to cover the event, as well as coverage of the event by general and specialized European press).
